I was able to get some nice wild-caught (US) scallops from Wild Fork Foods. They’re sold frozen, but that did not affect the quality one bit. I often shy away from seafood because I’m very picky about it. These scallops tasted like they were right out of the ocean.
Back to the recipe: Super easy and tasty. Not too many ingredients. Weeknight-friendly. Will make again.
