Recipe: Chile Lime Chicken Drumsticks with Avocado Oil

The Bottom Line: This recipe was super easy and delicious. Great for a weeknight. Will make again.
The Nitty Gritty: Another winner recipe from Ketogasm. I used a bag of frozen chicken legs I got from Wild Fork Foods, a local market. They were packaged in a zip-top bag, which was perfect for this recipe. I just thawed the chicken, dumped the seasonings in the bag, and let the chicken marinate before grilling.
Disclaimer: I added A LOT more lime juice than the recipe called for, and I don’t regret it. I squeezed the juice of 2 limes into the bag o’ chicken and I’d do it again.
