The Recipe: Garlic Dill Baked Cucumber Chips

The Bottom Line:  I don’t think I’d make these as is again.  I love dill and the dill flavor of these isn’t very prominent and the chips ended up tasting a lot like zucchini.

The Nitty Gritty:  The recipe was easy to follow and came together just as expected.  I did use a mandolin slicer to get thin even slices and they crisped up nicely in the oven.  I’ve considered trying this idea again, but with a stronger spice blend.  I’ll let you know if I end up giving it a whirl.
